LUSH Lip Service Lip Balm Review

When I found a 0.3 ounce tin of LUSH Lip Service Lip Balm in one of my Christmas presents, I was kind of bummed because I had used it in the past and it was a white, gummy disaster paste. When I opened the tin, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it had been reformulated to be more of a traditional lip balm. I was excited to try it!

Lip Service is a vegetarian product that is designed to soften, smooth, and hydrate lips. The ingredients include fair trade shea butter, apricot kernel oil, glycerine, beeswax, fair trade organic cocoa butter, organic extra virgin olive oil, and tangerine oil. The retail price for this lip balm is $7.95.

I have to say that LUSH's revamp of their Lip Service Lip Balm is an absolute winner. This product spreads easily across your mouth, a little goes a long way, and it lasts on your lips even when you are talking for quite awhile. This is a great product for someone like a sales person or a teacher to use because they won't have to keep reapplying over and over again throughout the day.

I will definitely be buying this stuff again and again in the future!

That is good you found lip balm you like, it kind of reminds me of the kind I have that was given to me in a gift pack.

Does the balm go on clear? I often find in winter, being a teacher, that I need lip balm because the air inside tends to get so dry.

It is a nice present to get when it is cold. Is it a clear one or slightly pink?

Yes, it is clear. I'm a teacher too so I have the same issue.
