Using A Smart Phone To Write An Article
I'm sitting here attempting something different. I'm typing this entirely on a smart phone. I was locked out of my account for messing up my password too many times, so this won't be posted from the smart phons.
Smart phone technology is pretty amazing, but I have gone without until recently. I didn't think I needed one. Having recently been made homeless, the phone has enabled me to stay connected. I have my laptop, though it is in bad shape.
I'm pretty sure this is a low end, borderline obsolete model, but beggars can't be choosers. The browser constantly crashes and is slow at times. It reminds me of how the internet was 20 years ago on a 14.4 modem.
Being able to access the internet when out and about has its merits. The biggest concern I have is how people are paying more attention to their phones than their surroundings. I don't think that is a good thing.
We are more and more a technology driven society. People get work done on these phones and have lots of ways to distract themselves too. I just finished an article on mine. Next time, I will post an article from here.
The creepy thought I just had today was the thought about the micro chip and how they could get people to beg for it. What if they made the chip where you access the internet in your mind and interact with the world wide web that way? Technology is almost there now. Would you take that chip?
