My Best Friend
He has the softest black hair, with locks that I could spend all of eternity running my fingers through. His smiles light up the whole room, and somehow he tells me that everything is going to be okay, even when I know they won't be, without saying a single word. His hands are huge and warm, and when they engulf my own, I feel like the smallest girl in the universe.
When he hugs me, it's like he's assuring me that he won't ever let me go, not until I feel like the world isn't such a bad place anymore. When he speaks, his deep and husky voice rumbles through my bones, soothing all my aches and weariness. If I had to listen to only one thing for the rest of my life, it would be him reading me fairy tales until I fell asleep.
But my most favourite aspect about him are his eyes. Due to a special mutation in his genes, one of his eyes are the clearest blue I've ever seen, and the other is a light grey that reminds me of the calm before the storm. When he looks at me, I feel like it's just the two of us in the room - everyone else just seems to fade away. When I'm feeling alone and unloved, he will suddenly show up next to me, and with one affectionate gaze, he makes me feel like the most loved girl ever to live.
Everyone, I introduce to you my best friend - my supporter, my guardian, my one life line in this terrifying chaos that I call "life."
His name is Sebastian.
And he doesn't exist.

Awww, this was so sweet and romantic, but it was sad at the end. I hope that you find someone special in real life who makes you forget about Sebastian.

Thank you for your kind words! ^_^ However, Sebastian was never real. :) He was merely a figment of my imagination - someone who I wish really existed. ^_^ I do hope to find someone like him in real life, though. :D
