Could this be normal?

If I did not know better, I might think I were sick. I have slept for 10 hours each of the past two nights without the aid of a p.m.-added substance in an aspirin or acetaminophen.

Each morning, I have awakened just after 6 a.m. naturally. This might be what some would call "normal ."

Huh? Me, normal?

I am certainly not complaining about having slept. It is simply such a rare occurrence that I am able to sleep well.

I woke up in each of these two nights only once. (Old bladders are not what they used to be.) I fell asleep again quickly upon returning to my bed.

I am still in that sleep-drunken state where the cobwebs have not cleared, but I am awake and will get into the shower shortly.

What is a normal sleep pattern for you? Do you get enough rest each night?

I go to bed early most nights and I sleep like a rock or a baby and I wake up about 7AM or 7:30AM most mornings unless I do not feel good then it is later and I sleep most of the day.

Sleep drunken state, the best part of the day before reality sets in!

Perhaps. We'll see! I start back up on the career transition classes on the first. Three days with the same folks who think they are tougher than I am. emoticon :winking:

Actually, I prefer the moments with coffee/tea, still in jammies.
Been a long time since I have done that.

At least one of those nights you had no caffeine during the day.

is it possible you are finally getting used to your own bed and your own schedule again after too little sleep on your trip?

I get about nine hours of sleep each night but usually wake up three times to empty my bladder due to my enlarged prostate.
