Pricing Christmas Decorations

I spent a small part of the day pricing Christmas decorations. I count one present for my youngest. Yes I still have Christmas presents to buy. I did not buy at decorations yet though. I want to shop around, and get the most for my money. You see, none of our Xmas decorations survived the move. This is my first year in my new house, the one that I bought. I am very eager to get decorations for the inside and outside! I figure I can buy a string of outdoor lights, and a new tree and indoor decorations. Then each year add something new for the outside. All of my neighbors have some kind of decorations up. Some just lights, and one guy with the big shebang. I figure I better get on the ball. I priced new trees too, but real trees are too much anpain. I'll be getting a fake tree of some kind. My last tree was white, I think this one will be green! What kind of decorations do you put up?

If you are a little artistically talented, you could create your own decorations from old cans and pieces of paper. I saw some Filipina teachers do it for my old school a few years ago.

I am toying with the idea of making some decorations. I am not sure if I have the time to invest in it. I might look into that next year.

Wow, you celebrate Christmas early. In my country, we celebrate as early as September but in my house, we only celebrate to the exact date. December 25.

If you are artistically inclined, I think it could be a lot of fun.

I'll be starting my Christmas shopping soon. It's getting to be that time of the year when my husband and I start think of gifts, and start pricing and shopping around.

We celebrate December 25. But I start putting up decorations at Thanksgiving, which is later this month the. My neighbors have all decorated outside already, so I'm behind, even though I'm ahead!

I say the moggies will climb any tree, so a good excuse not to have one!

I have several but like you I have built up over the years

I'm not sure what a moggie is, but the cats will be in the tree. I hope they don't tip it over.

A moggie is an affectionate name for a cat.
