Who Else Was On Bubblews? Let's Meet Up!

I've seen a few posts around other sites from "orphaned" Bubblers, wondering how to reconnect with friends they made on that site.

It's difficult, because Bubblews is now gone and not everyone would have used their own name or even a consistent nickname on Bubblews and other places. So I was thinking, how about this -

If you were a member on Bubblews, post a comment to share your Bubbler username. If we all do that, then we can identify our old friends and "follow" each other to keep in touch.

If you know any good writers who were on Bubblews, who are looking for a new home, why not let them know about PersonaPaper?

Some Bubblews members I've already found on PersonaPaper:

LeaPea2417

CoralLevang

HappyLady

Inertia4

AbbyG

Well, I have the same user name on all the sites I am on. inertia4. I find it easier that way. And people can find me without a problem.

Using the same username everywhere is a good idea - it also helps build your reputation as a writer if that's important to you.

I am here. I would love to find Inelemay. Anyone really connected. I was &Jackalyn .

It was very unkind not to give people warning.

I use the same name on most of my writing sites. Carolscash and I used that at the bubblews site as well. I hate that it is shut down but I understand why.

My username here is the same as the one I had on Bubblews. Also just heard about Bubblews shutting down. They didn't even give us a warning about it. They didn't give anyone a chance to get backup copies of their articles. I do have copies of mine and I hope it's the same for others. And what about the money on people's bank pages there? How many were so close to the $50 payment threshold? I was at $44+ and I thought that I'd be able to reach $50 someday or that they might lower the threshold someday so I left a lot of articles there and would occasionally post once in a while. Now it's all gone. I guess there's nothing that can be done about any of this now, no way to recover anything, either lost money or articles? emoticon
