Are You Really Happy?

What is happiness?
Happiness is the most beautiful state in the soul of a person. Happiness is what helps you get over all whatever problems of life, fulfill your dreams and follow your path you choose. Happiness is when you think even a few seconds at the person you love the most, at the most beautiful memories of your life, at the childhood, when you listen your favorite songs, etc. These are just a few examples that I've written. Every person has his reasons to be happy. But the main question is: Are you happy continuously? To achieve this, you just have to think and do what you like and love! This depends on you! Be happy ! Peace and love friends!

I'd have to say that I consider myself more to be content overall than continuously happy. I have moments of happiness and even joy for which I am grateful.

Happiness is what you make it. I am happy 90% of the time and contented in my life the rest. The two go together in my way of thinking.

I guess I'm about 90% happy, 5% content and 5% unhappy - but that's life!

Happiness is an elusive thing and I can say I have rarely experienced true happiness.

Happiness is not always steady but you can have a choice keeping it

I have to say that I am pretty happy. I have a wonderful husband, three beautiful kids, surrounded by family and friends, and I live in a nice and safe neighbourhood. Yes, I do have my moments, when I am sad, or worried, or something, but generally, I am happy.

Being happy requires effort. Most satisfaction comes from a job well done. I think that you will be more happy as you write and express your unique voice and interact here at Persona Paper with others of like minds.

happiness is a decision; we all have different ways of expressing it or "being it" but i guess it is not I have this (or being this) that is why I am happy, for most part it is I am happy that is why I have this (and being like this)
