POVERTY BY CHANCE OR BY CHOICE?

I hear of people being poor and not having anything to eat, not even a place to call a home. I hear others say poverty is disease but how. Another section of society believes that poverty is a curse. Others even believe poverty is by choice.
I am confused when I hear all this. I believe poverty is the cause of our society in general and the rich have a hand in it just as our political leaders. It’s very sad to know a rich man in society who would not help a poor neighbor out of the poverty. Poor people end up not even able to afford education for their children and at the end their children though not their choice ends up just like their parents. It becomes a cycle of a kind and the whole society watches on unconcerned. Governments must wake up end get interested in the well being of their citizens.
We cannot sit down unconcerned as our brothers end up remaining poor, I would suggest to all of us to help the poor in our communities with some of the money we make on bubblews. God would richly bless us all and help us earn more as well. Know that there is more blessing in giving than in receiving the bible tells us.

I absolutely do not believe anyone would CHOOSE to be poor! That is just ridiculous of anyone to say. Some people do not have the luxuries they need to change their situation. =(

Do you not think that society makes most people poor as it denies them education and access to funds even to start something on their own?

If the citizens cannot help themselves, it is now the role and obligation of the government to help its citizens.

I knew someone who took a vow of poverty. The formed a church of sorts and donated everything they owned to that church which they controlled and then donated everything the earned from that point to that church. They then lived off of that church quite well and traveled the world in the name of spiritual enlightenment. That is my experience with people who "choose" "poverty"
