Fall 100 Mile Challenge: Day 2

I got in 1.30 miles on the treadmill today, bringing my total for the challenge so far to 2.595. I am a little bit ahead for the challenge so far, but not by much. I've just been doing 30 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 mph and then 1 minute to cool down at 2.3. I might try to get faster soon but right now this is working out good. I'm not hurting as badly, which is nice. Not sure if we'll get any hiking in this weekend because it's supposed to rain. I'll have to see what we get in to.

I hope anyone else who is doing the challenge had a good day. I forgot to tell y'all yesterday, but feel free to use the graphic I made if you want. Good luck, y'all.

Thanks for the shard use of your graphic. : ) I got a mile in today and plan to get that or more tomorrow. I'm going with my son and his family to the huge amusement park to spend the day. It will be nothing but walking.

Without a treadmill I am not going to try this time as winter is coming and I wont want to be outside. But you are starting out great

I like treadmills but can never really get anywhere on them.

Good for you. I spend my gym time on the stationary bike with only a few minutes on the treadmill later. I try to get in at least five miles a day total, most of it on the bike.

Yeah, I couldn't do it as well without my treadmill either. It does help.

That is great! I hope to get an elliptical soon myself.
