Fall 100 Mile Challenge

I got my new graphic made for the Fall 100 Mile Challenge. I love fall and we do more hiking this time of year so I'm hoping that I can make the 100 miles by Dec. 31. I made a good start today. I got in 1.295 miles on the treadmill. I would rather walk outside but it's been raining almost all week.
I am feeling all the bruises from my fall this past weekend when we were hiking. My bottom is really sore because that's what I landed mostly on. Thank goodness, it is padded very well. I could have done some real damage otherwise. Putting a positive spin on my fat.
I hope some of y'all join me in the challenge. I will update as I go along to let y'all know how I do this time. Good luck to anyone else who joins.

I'm going to seriously consider joining you in this endeavor. I need to become more active and walking is my favorite activity.

The walking may help to ease the pain from those bruises. Glad to hear you "bounced", much better than breaking something!

I hope it helps. I'm not hurting too terribly, but I can fell where I bounced. :)

LOL as long as you don't fall down like I did you are doing good.

Well, it's 3.5 miles round the service road in the village, so I'd only need to walk that twice a week to make the challenge. The trouble is finding the time to make the effort. Does walking round the shops count? (she asks hopefully). As Feisty56 says, I need to motivate myself for this challenge because I do need some exercise. Good luck with your attempt.

I got store walking if I don't do a lot of stopping, like at the mall. If I stop to actually shop a lot I don't count it.
