Summer is almost over!

I realized today just how fast this summer has gone by. Autumn is just around the corner and the cooler weather will be here before you know it.
It should be a welcome change from all the hot humid weather we have been having here in Tampa, Florida.
Once October arrives, all the fall and winter holidays keeps most of us busy until the new year appears.
Now is the time to start planning for Halloween, and then Thanksgiving. It sounds strange, but the earlier we start to plan the better.
So, now is the time to get all those fall colors and decorations out and start planning the dinner menu for all the up coming holidays!

That's a lovely image. I was fortunate enough to get to go to Vermont once on business travel and the trees were so beautiful - all shades of red, orange and gold! Just like the picture you chose.

It is now December and the weather in north east Georgia, where I live, is unseasonably warm. It was around 70 degrees today!
