Red Dwarf

I'm not sure how many are familiar with this British comedy. It was one of my favorites when I was a teenager. I first watched it on my local public broadcasting station when I was 13. I remember contacting them to ask if it would be aired again and they told me in the fall it would be. Each Sunday night at 11:30 I would stay up for that half hour watching the show before going to bed. 6:30 sure came early Monday morning getting up for school, but it was worth it and lasted from September to May. I recorded the first 30 episodes on VHS, then watched them in the summer. I purchased a book from the series. Some time later when I was in college the show returned on the same TV station with some later episodes. I was not as avid of a watcher at that point. However, recently I started watching episodes over YouTube and it seems just like yesterday. As a teenager, times were often difficult and that was one show I could look forward to once per week and count on for a good laugh.
