Off to Find Some Peace

It is nearly 2:00 p.m. as I begin to write this post. I am feeling rather spent today, with my emotions running rather high.

As indicated in my last post, I am in a place of movement and growth. I wish it did not feel as if things were churning away so tumultuously, at times. I feel that my head is in the spin mode of a laundry machine, except that when opening the top, it does not suspend the action.

I need to remove myself from the influence of the Internet for the time being. Give myself a break. A chance to breathe some fresh air, and allow myself some time to unplug my brain from one source of energy. I need a bit of peace and clarity.

And so I sign off seven minutes after I began this post. Shortest time to write and submit a post for me ever.

We all need those breaks away from the computer, they keep us sane. Enjoy your day. It's 9.15 a.m. Wednesday here.

I hope you find the peace and calmness you are seeking. I often find mine in a book; do you have anything in particular that works for you?

That certainly was quick. A good walk is my favourite, or even better a good hard session at the gym. When you're sweating and panting, you don't have time for the churning. It just disappears. Hope you find some peace.

You are one smart cookie you know when you need a break.

Coral I'm glad you are taking time out for a much needed break. I'm still new here and noticed how prolific you are on the site. Sometimes we just have to step back to re-energize ourselves or we burn out. I've taken most of this summer off and a few years ago I took almost a year off from writing. Life gets in the way sometimes and family comes first. Now, for the moment, my daughter is feeling better, so I'm back again. Take care and hope you find the peace and quiet you deserve.

I hope you find your peace and clarity by taking a break from the Internet. I can't spend more than 2-3 hours before taking a break.

You do deserve a break. I hope that you can find a good rest so you can be recharged
