Heading Out for the Evening

I am meeting RGD at Starbucks in a couple of hours to return Orange Is the New Black to him. He is part of a different county library system, so we help each other out. It would have been months for me to get it, but now I have watched it, and he still has two weeks before it is due, so he can, too.

I think that I am going to head to Walmart to pick up a couple of tall, inexpensive laundry baskets. As I start sorting out things from boxes yet unpacked, I want and easy way to help myself get through the sorting. Boxes on the ground mean I am bent over all-the-time. I think a taller bin/basket in which to sort will be easier on my back.

I also understand there is a Blackberry Festival going on downtown this weekend, so I might try to see if RGD wants to join me in going. If not, I will head down there first thing in the morning to listen to the bands scheduled for tomorrow.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!!

I would also like to recommend Dunkin' Donuts. What I like about this particular restaurant is that it is open 24 hours depending on the location. Every month they have a new flavor which encourages me to it.

A Blackberry Festival? I would be happy to attend that with you. I might just eat my weight in blackberries, but what a way to go! Enjoy. : )

Those baskets should be a big help. Hope you have a good time at the festival tomorrow

Are they only having bands or will they be selling blackberries, too? I loved picking and eating them when I lived on the farm.

It's handy to be able to get a library item earlier than you would normally!

Steezven21 If I could do so, I would absolutely go to Dunkin' Donuts. Unfortunately, here in the Pacific Northwest (I live in WA state), we do not have DD here any longer. The last of the franchises here in WA closed their shops on November 1, 2002, if I remember the date correctly.
