The first five songs that play when I put my music player on shuffle.

I was curious to see what five songs would play if I put my music player on my phone on shuffle. I have a eclectic collection of music, and have copius amounts of music that has yet to be added to my phone- but I figured this would be a fun little post to write tonight. I can be pretty serious when I want to be, but what's life without a little bit of fun. Right?!

  1. "Hollywood" by Cute is What We Aim For
  2. "Phineas and Ferb Theme Song" by Bowling for Soup ( Forgot I even had this)
  3. "Big Rock Candy Mountain" by Pat Green
  4. "Take A Look at me Now (Against All Odds)" by Phil Collins
  5. "How Far We've Come" by Matchbox Twenty

See I do listen to stuff other than country! I guess Pat Green is country, but that song is a cover, just a more twangy version than the original.

See there wasn't anything super serious in this post. Just sharing some of the music I listen to with y'all. :)

I had to check to make sure the "How Far We've Come" wasn't the same song that Dawes did. It's not. emoticon

Love "Big rock candy mountain". Burl Ives is the singer I know best for that song. Very uplifting.

I think everybody knows that version, but I do like a couple of the remakes of it-including the version I mentioned. When I was little we had the Ives version on vinyl.
