Sometimes we say hurtful things

Yes. Sometimes we do. It happens to all of us. We really need to think before we speak. But so wtu es our thoughts andnfeeli gs get a hold of us and we spoke with hate instead of with love. That is what happened to me today. Someone was so mad at me that they said some pretty hateful things to me. Things that they wouldn't have said if they were not mad already. But I am sure that later after all us thought about this person will apologize. But we all need to practice patience in with what we want to say. It's okay to get our point across but it us needed to say nicely and with love not hate. So, next time you are angry please watch what you say. Once you say it , you can't take it away. God bless.

This is a lesson I learned as a young child. As a consequence, I rarely say anything in the heat of the moment, but wait until a later time when I've collected my thoughts and emotions.

I am guilty to that that is why I try not to speak whenever I am angry.

I had to learn that hateful words and rage did not equal anger. They are rage and insensitivity.
I will never forget the first time I told someone I was angry, and I was the calmest I had ever been.
It was powerful.
