"After the Storm" by Mumford and Sons

I'm going to try to start talking about more of my interests , rather than just talk about books and movies all the time. Music is a big part of my life. I'll listen to just about anything, at least once.

I am aware that Mumford and Sons have been around for a little while, they aren't really a new band. Even so, I have been surprised by how many people are unaware of them.

They are what I would describe as blusey pop. I don't even know if that's the right description, but for this song at least it works.

My favorite lines from the song are below.

And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears.

And love will not break your heart, but sismiss your fears.

Get over your hill and see what you find there,

With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair.

I will admit the song took a couple listens before it grew on me, but I love it now. It's on Spotify and Youtube, as well as many other music social networks I'm sure.

Here CoralLevang , here's another song for you to listen to.

They remind me of the folk singers from the 1960s and 1970s.

I don't know Mumford and Sons well, but what little I've heard of them, I enjoy immensely. I'm with CoralLevang Folk singers

I didn't think of that, they are reminiscent of folk singers of days gone by.

They are pretty good. Maybe a little underrated. But gaining the attention they deserve.

I just checked it out. I don't know about them yet. I was never a folk music fan. That's what they sound like to me. But then again, Jim Croce was like that. I need to listen to some more of their music.
