How much do you believe?

Do you believe that people are in the general a very good solid persons who occasionally do some wrongs because they were forced by the circumstances that they could not control?

Do you believe that everybody is not guilty until the law proves otherwise?

Whatever your answer is try to put yourself in the shoes of the person who is experiencing some terrible trial about the things that happened to him and were out of his control...

I know it sounds really strange but those thoughts always have been troubling me, how come some monster, who is obviously guilty get away and a person who done nothing ends up in jail.
