Store Going Downhill
My wife and I do our grocery shopping at a store that is part of a chain. It has been in its new location for roughly 10 years now. However, lately it seems as though things have been taking a turn for the worst. Restrooms are let go. Sales on items are left outdated. I couldn't tell you how many months now there has been an opened box of pantyhose passing through the health and beauty section. It just doesn't seem right. I know another store had opened 15 minutes away, but it doesn't seem like that should even be any type of excuse for what seems like neglect. Even if there is new management the same level of customer service and overall maintenance of the store should be kep intact. Overall, it's just a shame. Hopefully things will improve.

Sounds like they gave up and lost heart. Stores seem to have such fierce competition nowadays.

They will be losing customers if that continues. people notice and take their custom elsewhere.

Its sad if its true. One closes while another one opens.
