Where Ma Gurls AT?

Natural American. Born and raised in the USA. Don't really keep up with the political scene because if it's something really big that's about to happen, the citizens will rise up!

Never concerned about who ends up in the Oval Office as long as it's not a dictator or an emperor or a tyrant, 4 to 8 years will go by in a flash.

Came across a tweet this morning saying that Hillary Clinton promises that homes will have renewable energy. Uh huh. Show me a politician that doesn't make promises.

Last report on potential candidates was that there are 2 Democrats campaigning and uummm … a bazillion Republicans. IDK. Stopped counting.

PersonaPaper Screen Shot But the tweet got me to thinking. Even without keeping abreast, there was talk about a Republican lady vying for the highest office in the country? ( A Lady Warrior Has Come Forth! ) She didn't drop out did she? Perhaps news beamed into my house has been “tailored” and there's a blackout (or whiteout) of certain information being disclosed. But she is seldom mentioned in any media reports. Well! They rarely say anything on the PBS Newshour (my source for the only real non-biased and objective news reporting).

  • My stance is plain. Democrat. Republican. Independent. No matter. It is time for a FLOTUS-POTUS! American history is ripe for this moment!

So if there is anyone in the community who is in the know about the U.S. presidential campaigns, can you please tell me … where ma gurls at??

Carly Fiorina is the only female Republican candidate and not in the front "10." Her campaign has received little traction but just about Republican candidates have been buried news and time wise by Trump.

Was it Carly Fiorina? She doesn't have a political record, so it's unlikely (imo - but what do I know) that she could go forward. But then, stranger things have happened.

I will NOT under ANY circumstances vote for a candidate based on their skin color, their gender, their religion, or the color of their eyes. I will vote for the person I feel is QUALIFIED. We haven't had a good president in a long time, and I'd rather have a GOOD president than a (insert minority here) president.

Careful what you wish for honey. We ended up with Margaret Thatcher, remember!

And seriously, you do not want Sarah Palin thinking she could end up in the White House do you? Over here in the UK she's taken even less seriously than Donald Trump. The only place he's given airtime is on channels owned by Rupert Murdoch, who is famous for Not Liking The Donald.

JohnRoberts , MegL , FourWalls , WordChazer , &AbbyG – So basically? We have 2 democratic hopefuls and one republican loud mouth? I give up! My husband's is a naturalized citizen and he's dumbfounded by all of this. I don't know what to say. Can't explain this!
