Ways to Look and Feel Your Best

Why not? Everyone is so conscious with how they look especially when they are outside meeting people. Here are my suggestions:

10. Take care of your appearance. (You are the only one who can!)

9. Get up of your chair and exercise. Flex those indolent muscles!

8. wear a smile. The cheapest means to improve your looks!

7. Never build yourself up by putting others down. It does not work that way.

6. Be yourself. No need to fake it.

5. Carry yourself well. You were handmade by God.

4. Look beyond you and celebrate the accomplishments of others. In short, do not envy others’ successes.

3. Cut back on sugar and drink plenty of water.

2. Get some sleep. Short nights can result in unproductive days and weaken your immune system.

1. Get to know the ONE who created you.

These are all great tips. I might add that cutting back on fried and junk food is also important.
