Bagel, Eggs, and Ham For Breakfast

Good day PPers and fellow connections!

Hope everyone is doing great this fine Wednesday morning. If you're living in the other side of the world, hope you are enjoying your lazy Tuesday evening. Got tons to do here at work but I'm putting it off ... for now. Oh well, I'm not the president of the local Procrastinator's Club for nothing... LOL!!!

Anyway, wanted to start the day right so I decided to have a proper breakfast. Usually, it is just a cup of hot chocolate for me and a glass of water. Sometimes, I have a glass of water and two glasses of milk. That's it. Today though, I had raisin bagels, two microwaved eggs, and microwaved ham. I think microwaving food is a healthier alternative to frying. I can do without the excess oil. I had a cup of hot chocolate to top of the breakfast. The eggs were special because I added a two tablespoons of mustard and a dash of hot sauce before briskly mixing it and putting it in the microwave. Preparation time was really fast. The breakfast was done in ten minute tops including plating. How I present my food is as important as how it tastes.

Anyway, what are yoru favorite breakfast treats? What are the traditional breakfast meals in yoru country? Do you like it as is or do you change it up sometimes?

Feel free to chime in friends!!!

Bean and cheese burrito sounds divine to me! Yum!

I have to read about the dosa that you mentioned. I'm afraid my Indian food knowledge is limited to tandoori chicken and tikka masala.

Good morning to you I usually only have tea in the mornings.

With the diet I am on now, there is no way I could have a bagel, eggs, and ham for breakfast. When I was younger, I could and I envy you now.

I really like a nice egg and cheese sandwich with ham or bacon and fresh spinach leaves.
Most times I just have a bowl of cereal

Usual workday breakfast for me is Belvita breakfast biscuits or sometimes porridge. When we're with our friends, we have a full English: sausages, bacon, hash browns, eggs, beans and mushrooms. When I'm in a hotel I will often have a cup of hot chocolate and a croissant as well as bread or rolls, meat and cheese. Sometimes a yogurt will find its way in, especially when we're on the Continent where breakfasts are much more delicious than here. In the Anaheim hotel we stay in when we're Stateside, they have bacon bits, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese, sausages, waffles...never get bored of that selection, for sure.

A full English breakfast is something I'd want to have everyday. That probably won't be too healthy! LOL!
