Bath time. Who is Next?

Wetnose Roscoe got a bath yesterday. Actually, a partial bath. He is licking his legs like crazy and you would think his fur taste better than any treat I give him. His legs got scrubbed with a special shampoo, which wetnose Bella needs, also. The rest of Roscoe's furry body got a good dosing of the water hose to cool him off. He just had a bath not long ago, so he's not filthy, but dealing with itchy legs.

Bella and Jenny are next since I have more time this week. The grandkids are at daycamp for my youngest grandchild. So I won't be going to my daughter's this week. It's all wetnose time!

The hydrocortisone shampoo really helped Roscoe so Bella is next in line for that. Wetnose Jenny will be okay with baby shampoo.

Allergies and the allergies love to torment Bella and now Roscoe.

Allergies can be a real pain and our poor pets can't tell us where it itches!

I feel bad for the two wetnoses that have them and help to relieve them a bit.

It's heartbreaking to see a dog with allergies scratching all the time. None of my three dogs have them, but I've had dogs in the past who had them.

It is heartbreaking, indeed. Better for a while since a bath, but I keep up with the extras to help them.

Bathing pets is something I remember , my Mom would try to bathe our family dog and he would always get scarred and pitch a fit. My Mom had a way with him and she would finally get him into the tub.
