Workout Time - See You Later!
The people who know me from bubblews probably know that I like to keep fit. I have started working out in December last year, and I have managed to lose 12 kilos in 5 months. It was hard, but it was worth it. But then, I started being lazier and my workout routine has suffered from it.
I still play indoor soccer (futsal) twice a week, but that is not enough. I started to gain weight again and if I don't take action, my whole work will go in vain. So, I have to exercise, in order to keep myself as fit as possible.
Now, it is time to resume it, hopefully I will be able to complete it. I really want to get back to the fitness and energy level I was in April.
