Introduction for mallorie
My name is Mallorie and I'm happiest when I'm outside. I climb rocks whenever possible, ride the bike I built around Bellingham and generally have five projects that I'm working on simultaneously. My life is spicy and that's the way I like it. I studied journalism and public relations at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. During my time at Western I: -studied abroad in Thailand and India, -participated in Model United Nations, -volunteered with the Whatcom Literacy Council teaching English, -volunteered with the Whatcom YMCA teaching grade school kids bouldering, -acted as a public relations consultant to a nonprofit in Anacortes, -designed a hypothetical campaign for a nonprofit in Bellingham, which they selected as the winner of their request for proposal among other student campaigns, -wrote for the campus daily, the Western Front, -photographed for The Planet Magazine, -wrote for Klipsun Magazine, -edited for The Planet Magazine, -climbed for Western Ascendi, WWU's climbing team, -interned in the mayor's office for the city of Bellingham, and loved every minute of it. I'm 22 years old and a whole lot of fun. I write a blog for women who climb and shoot photos whenever possible. I'd love to write for you!
