Diet Book

This is a great book; the author expresses the struggles that were incurred while trying to lose weight. This book is also a very informative book there are a lot of tips and great guidance throughout this book when it comes to losing pounds. There are so many different diets out there and most times they have strict instructions that must be followed in order for the diet to work. With this diet it sounds fairly simple no big rules or guidelines. In my opinion, this seems like a diet most anyone can follow. Glad I read this book and will absolutely be recommending to friends and family. A must read and try for anyone struggling to lose excess pounds.
