Stay Fit with S Health
I am not the type of person who gets to exercise much more love doing it; however I know the importance of taking care of our health and body and that means we have to get as much activity and exercise that we can on a daily basis.
Being in the BPO industry where you face the computer and just respond to customer's emails and chats- I get the luxury to just sit all day if I want to. At first I loved that sit-all-day part but I have realized that it is detrimental to my health. I gained weight, waistline has become 2 inches bigger and I became easily tired. Now though, I plan to change all that.
In line with my plan to get my slimmer waist back (LOL) and get a healthier body, I have finally put to use my phone's 'S Health' feature. It tracks the number of steps I have made in a day (almost accurate I must say), food and caffeine intake, my heart beat and even my stress level! Cool, right?
So far today, I have made 2000+ steps (8,000 more to achieve the daily 10k goal!). If not for this application, I could have just sit my butt but then I wanted to see as much numbers on the phone screen so I kept pacing around the office.
I just hope that I can keep this up. I will try to keep a journal through PersonaPaper as that would be helpful, I am sure.
