OUR CLASS PICTURE

Of course, that's not our class_picture . LOL! I just had the urge to that title to the image.
I took this photo maybe about six years ago. It's from the local grocery store, in the frozen goods section. The fish were just neatly arranged and since it was morning, it was still untouched. So I snapped a photo of it using my phone.
Now, back to the topic. I've collected my class pictures from when I was in kindergarten. Every year, we would have our pictures taken by a photographer hired by the school.
We then have copies each. And we could ask for the other sections' or grade levels' class pictures for an additional fee.
It was our way of having a picture of our crushes or friends from other sections.
In college , although we didn't have any formal class picture, I had the most photos of my classmates and me. Any class outing or get together, someone would always bring a camera.
Then just before graduation, one of our classmates distributed her gift to us. She painstakingly collected everyone's picture and profile and testimonies from Friendster (yes, you read it right), and put everything into a CD and wrote a short but sweet note attached to the CD case. She even made a powerpoint presentation to describe each and everyone of us.
Our journey through college was compressed into one compilation of pictures in a CD. A perfect graduation gift. Any picture with my classmates in it, I would consider it as a class picture.
A funny thing nostalgia is. Thinking of those happy memories can sometimes make you sad and happy at the same time.

Good one Lyng! Hahaha Catchy title and I enjoyed reading this post. True, we do not have a formal class picture so the fishes would suffice.
