LIFE IS A MYSTRY - POEM 1

Life is a mystery
Babies become children
Children become youth
Youth become adults
Adults become aged
Life is a mystery indeed

Life is a mystery
Yes life is a mystery
It starts strangely after pleasure
It starts small as a mustard seed.
It grows quickly with speed
Making its presence felt through pregnancy growth
Life is a mystery indeed

Life is a mystery
Life is on wheels
Running to nowhere
Your struggles are vanity
Life’s clock comes to a standstill without prompting
It ends when you least expect it
Life is a mystery indeed

The rich soon get forgotten after death
The poor are never remembered at all
They all suffer the same death
None has a special death
Old and young
Rich and poor all die
Life is a mystery indeed
