RE: Issues
We were not aware of some of the issues we were having until I attempted to post yesterday. For example, the image issues, recent activity and ads not being shown. For those that are mentioning the view discrepancy again, well, we've already gone over this a few times. There are multiple reasons that it wouldn't count a view, one of those is ads not showing. If ads aren't showing, the view will not count.
We're working on these issues this weekend and hoping to have them all fixed soon. We had not gotten emails prior to today and only 2 people emailed in about the problems. Without using the contact form, we could be unaware of any situation considering we haven't had a lot of time to post or check in on other posts recently.
Currently, we have the flu in our house. We can't seem to catch a break, so with 4 kids being sick, please understand that our kids will come first and foremost. Just because a situation arises and it isn't fixed immediately, do not jump to conclusions that we plan on shutting the site down or that we don't care. Home life is something that we have. I think some people forget that we have 4 kids, all ages 9 and under and that things come up.
Just please be patient with us.

With 4 daycare kids and my own kids home sick, I have only been able to check in once a day, so tagging doesn't help a ton in situations like this. I receive the emails on my phone so that is the best course of action when attempting to let us know of issues.

I promise. Yes, I've sent contact form data re issues twice in 24 hours, but that's just letting you know about bugs/issues. When you get them fixed it'll tell me that it isn't my machine. Meantime my husband is going to look at the purple baby this weekend to see whether I do have issues, as it has been behaving oddly lately.
Hoping you all get better soon. Flu is NO FUN! BTW it isn't just you. I called the dayjob work helpdesk first thing this morning with a laundry list of issues, Half of them they thought they had fixed. They hadn't, or why were they showing up on my computer already? Get well soon!

Somethings never change, I have not been around for a while but you guys still rock at letting us know what is going on.
Wow 4 kids? How do you find anytime to even turn on a computer, LOL. I would guess some people think that the site is run but some big company and people are just waiting for something to fix. But being that is not the case hopefully they understand that real life happens to us all and that means sometimes a response or fix might take a little time.

That explains why I have a couple of posts with comments and no views. It just happened the last day so I had not contacted yet about it. Just thought maybe they were on a phone. Thanks for keeping us updated

I wasn't aware of these issues because I have been in the hospital and recovering from a kidney operation over the past two weeks. I hope your kids get over the flu soon.

Absolutely the kids come first. I am finding the site just fine this morning. I probably missed the issues. Please take the time to get well. We can post an what more in the present do we need?

MaeLou I figured something was wrong. I know I have an issue where the site seems to stick or stop. And then my computer freaks out as a result. Then I have to force quit my browser. I tried it on Chrome as well and that happens sometimes there also. I am sure things will work out. In the meantime, take care of yourselves and get rest.

Sorry to hear life is so chaotic lately! Just a quick heads up that there still seem to be issues with some ads that are hijacking posts. Not sure which ones are the problem, but it's just happened to me twice in the past 10 minutes or so.
