Photo album love
Spending recent days looking at photos and planning to buy a new SD card for my camera made me realize that
I love albums and scrapbooks. I have made two scrapbooks of vacations and they are so great to look through. It brings back such
memories!
My favorite album, (Okay, one of my favorites!) though, is a tiny album I put together of various photos from when I was little
to a few years ago. I added quotes and sayings to match each photo.I found some stickers with quotes and sayings on them.
I had such fun shopping for those at our local hobby store!
Matching the quote to the picture was a nice exercise. I tend to get nostalgic and sentimental, anyway, but creating this was a very
moving process. I have photos of family members that are no longer here, vacation photos and graduation photos. Capturing memories.
I think that's why this album means so much. It holds treasures of my heart, providing comfort and inspiration.
I am so grateful for the people, places and things I have in my life.

I have never gotten into scraping booking, but we do have a couple older family albums when our daughter very young.

Before digital cameras , I took many photos of my kids and family and had the pictures developed and I put them in photo albums. I have many of those. Now, with the digital photos, I create online photo albums.
