I have never been good at setting goals. I fail at it horribly.
I can't even finish a 3 month work-out routine.
Time after time, I always have to start from the beginning and end up not finishing it.
One of the things that helped me go about it is VISUALIZATION.
Like, If I set a goal to drink 1 liter of water by the time I wake up every morning; the night before this, I visualize myself waking up and going to the kitchen and grabbing 4 glasses of water.
I do this every night and so far it helps.
Right now I every time I leave after work, I visualize myself lifting dumbbells when I get home.
Man, I need the exercise. I hope this works out.
