97.7 to Go on Spring into Action Challenge

Hey, y'all. This is my first post for the new one hundred miles in ninety days challenge. The name of this challenge is Spring into Action. I made a graphic for it, as usual. Y'all feel free to use it if you are joining the challenge. It will help us keep track of each other.

I did the treadmill two times today for a total of 2.3 miles. I am happy with my start for the challenge. I hope to keep ahead more this time in case the headaches or something else come back and I have to miss days. I really want to make the goal this time.

I hope y'all like the graphic and that a lot of people join in this time. I wish whoever does join all the best of luck. Happy walking!

You only need 1.1 miles a day to meet the goal. :)

I love that you've already begun a new challenge! Your optimism and determination are inspiring to me. Reaching the goal is satisfying for sure, but the satisfaction of doing your best on the days that you're able is to me what the challenge is really all about. I wish you the best.

I walked with my neighbor yesterday and we walked about a mile. It was fun but I sure was tired when I returned home.

What a great goal. I am going for a walk today. I will start this goal. I will have to substitute cycling some days (easier on my knees I think), so maybe I need to increase the miles. hmmm
