I can't wait to move out of this house
Four years ago my husband and I bought a semi-detached house, and that was a big mistake. The walls between our house and the neighbour house are very thin, and we can hear almost everything. Yesterday our neighbours complained about our dog. They think that our dog barks too much. My husband and I think that it is ridiculous that they complain about our dog. They are not exactly the perfect neighours. They constantly yell at eachother, slam the doors, smash their furniture and play really loud music. They have two dogs, and their dogs bark as well. The woman is an alcoholic and she is very unpredictable. We have asked them to keep the noise down, but they don't listen and they say that we have no reason to complain. I am so tired of this house. My husband and I have decided to find a new house, and I really look forward to moving. Unfortunately it will be hard to sell this house. If potential buyers hear the noise from the neighbour house they probably won't buy the house.

I hope you can get lucky and get it sold, but you could maybe rent it out also if it does not sell

Having to live with such cantankerous neighbours could be quite disturbing. Hope you will find a suitable alternative.

That is a tough situation. We used to talk to one of our "neighbors" through a shared wall, but thankfully we were renting.

This is is rather difficult situation. You have decided to sell the house because of the noise your neighbors make. But If the potential buyers hear the noise from the neighbor house they may not buy it.Quite a vicious circle,isn't it?
