Healthy Yummy Breakfast for Your Children
Every morning, my very first duty is to prepare breakfast for my husband and my kids. Serve breakfast for husband is easy because he could have omelet, fried rice or bread. But for children is different. Especially, my kids is 2,5 years old, so I need some trick to prepare healthy and yummy foods for her, so she could enjoy her breakfast.
Prepare healthy breakfast is important for kids because they need more nutrition than adult.
I learn from Whedan.com to know some foods are good for my kids’s breakfast, and taraaa..... I got this list:
It reach in protein and good source of selenium and mineral. Good for my children love it. I also could find a way to be creative with egg in my cooking experiment.
Source of carbohydrates are everywhere and easy to find. It seems I can start it with rice, cereal or bread variant to make my daughter loves it.
- Fruit and Veggie
My daughter only love certain fruit and veggie like apple, carrot, mango and spinach. I must find the trick to serve fruit and veggie for her next breakfast. Any idea? Which one the best to consume in the morning for kids?
Tofu is made from soybean which rich in protein. She loves Tofu, so it would be easy for me!
Milk is her favorite always. She couldn’t start her day without milk, so it wouldn’t make me confuse.
