Get Up and Go has Gotten Up and Left

I am completely and washed out. My is at with my and with the rest of the world. I'm still and ebaying, going to work and coming home but that's about all. I have zero and less .

I've been trying to eat sensibly for the last few weeks: avocados, cucumber, pineapple, apple, melon and coconut in fromage frais for lunch rather than soup and biscuits. I was hoping that the extra in the veg would wake my system up a bit, but it doesn't seem to be working, at least not this week. I may have to drag myself out for a daily to clear my head of the fogginess that has been inhabiting it lately. I feel like I'm looking out of someone else's eyes at the moment. My immune system feels like it's shot too, so I think I'll be going back on the with iron-garlic-cranberry tablet mix I was taking for a while.

I'm not used to being this , it doesn't do me any good. Maybe if I wore myself out walking I would sleep better and that would also help restore my energy.

But for now, it's back to the listings. They, at least, continue apace.

If anyone sees a lost looking Get-Up-And-Go it's probably mine. Treat it gently, feed it well, give it wine and send it back home to me, please?

Do you have thyroid problems? When mine gets out of whack I can hardly move.

Haha, that is actually about how I feel right now. Dinner needs to be made and cleaned up, then all the kiddoes cleaned and put to bed later. I just don't think I have the energy for all this today. Good luck to you.

Have you made sure you are getting enough iron? Fruit is nice but it doesn't provide iron. AngelSharum 's suggestion is also good. Many people have underactive thyroids without realising it. There has been a virus or two going round over here that has made people feel very tired. Maybe you have had a virus infection?

This is actually quite worrisome. Go for a walk. Get some sleep. Avoid caffeine. Take care of yourself.

I know this feeling and its horrible. Maybe you have spring lethargy, I posted about that a few weeks ago. My advice would be to eat as many greens as possible, preferably dark green ones like spinach, and take some vit D supplement. I hope you feel better soon. Could be thyroid as many are suggesting.

Not that I know of. Might be an idea to keep it in mind though. I have restarted my multivitamin combo as mentioned in the article, so hopefully that will perk me up and balance me out in a few days. I crawled into bed at just after 10pm last night and slept solidly until 6am, which probably also helped.

Oddly enough I usually take a multivitamin with iron supplement, but that has gone west lately. I restarted the regime again today so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Not on top form, that's for sure. Wrong time of the month and a suspiciously rough throat are making me wonder if I need to take better care of myself.

I think I've got my finger on the problem - wrong time of the month combined with work stress from approaching deadlines. I've restarted my vitamins again and that should have a reasonable effect within a few days.

Yeah, getting enough sleep is great. I average about 4 hours a night myself, on good nights. That's part of my problems. I hope you sleep well again tonight.

Funnily enough I was reading about the same subject at work while reviewing a patient information leaflet. I also wondered whether it was possibly fibroids (hoping not though) but I'll monitor things and see. I'm in the right place to get things looked at if needed, at least.
