Are you afraid to read? second part

The action of the college president is to set as a requirement of their grades to make a reading report about their lessons. The students have to look for a particular magazine or journal and a book that can identify the logic of the author with a relation in their subject. In addition with that, after identifying the authors logic, the students have to make their own logic and afterwards they have to connect to the college vision. In that case, the students will value to go to the library and obliged them to read. The college president always taught to the students, that they are spending a lot to buy library materials to read. And of course, in return, the students should know how to read. Of course, the students know how to read but they do not how to value what they read. So, the initial step of my college president is to help the students value the essence of reading .
