Drinking water... Do you?
Although we all know water is important, and water is something we need to survive, I recently was asked how much water I usually drink every day.
And my answer was: "Eh... Well, I don't know! I guess... I think I drink less than 1 litre per day, but not sure."
It was then when I realized I practically drink no water!!
I quited smoking some 2 years ago, and something that really helped me, believe me or not... was an android app I downloaded. It encouraged me and really helped me a lot. Well, no need to say I was decided and really wanted to stop smoking.
SO, I looked for some android apps related with water drinking and found one that, according to your weight, helps you remember you have to drink water, and, from time to time, you hear a water sound reminding you: Drink some water know, please!
So, I need to drink around 2 litres per day, and it is helping me a lot.
