Drinking water... Do you?

Although we all know water is important, and water is something we need to survive, I recently was asked how much water I usually drink every day.

And my answer was: "Eh... Well, I don't know! I guess... I think I drink less than 1 litre per day, but not sure."

It was then when I realized I practically drink no water!!

I quited smoking some 2 years ago, and something that really helped me, believe me or not... emoticon :smile: was an android app I downloaded. It encouraged me and really helped me a lot. Well, no need to say I was decided and really wanted to stop smoking.

SO, I looked for some android apps related with water drinking and found one that, according to your weight, helps you remember you have to drink water, and, from time to time, you hear a water sound reminding you: Drink some water know, please! emoticon :smile:

So, I need to drink around 2 litres per day, and it is helping me a lot. emoticon :winking:

Yes,drinking water is a must.It helps to keep our body hydrated and washes away,toxins in your body.But too much of water is also not good.

My wife was diagnosed to have kidney stones. The problem? Lack of fluids. Our dogs were also diagnosed to have kidney problems. Same reason - lack of water.

I really upped my water intake last May when I landed in the hospital for being so dehydrated and my kidneys were being affected. I though I was drinking enough, but learned a lesson.

After my morning coffee I tend to drink only water the rest of the day, although I do enjoy a cup of decaf tea on occasion. I keep a jug of very cold water in my refrigerator.

I make sure that I get lots of water everyday. I'm taking a lot of lemon water. Other times, i add slices of fruits, cucumber, watermelon, apples, pears, among others, to my water so it has a bit of fruity taste.

I make sure to drink some water each day. We use a filter to make sure the water is pure. My son is drinking more lately since he is trying to body build and eat more healthy.
