It is Unhealthy to Dwell on Past Failures

Every single person has encountered this problem at least once or so it seems. Nothing that they do seems to be working. There is failure and then there is what they are doing. Failure can actually be liberating in some ways, and can teach you lessons. In some ways, failure can be its own level of success.

This on the other hand, is its own equally frustrating thing. You keep going around and around in a circle like some kind of demented hamster on a loop. Nothing changes.

Just, let it go, let go all of the pain. Try again tomorrow, because today is not your day.

It is Unhealthy To Dwell On Past Failures.

Cynical might be the best word for it, but people have to go back to the drawing board. A fresh perspective does wonders. A mind has to be completely cleared for you to accomplish what you need to accomplish.

Back to the drawing board every single person goes once and a while. Tomorrow ends up being another day.

If you feel bad about what you accomplished today, chalk it up as a bad experience. Move forward and move on, and try and start over tomorrow.

Don’t let it dwell in the mind either. Sleepless nights aren’t going to solve any problems. It’s just going to make them harder to accomplish what you need to accomplish.

Failure will be a part of life. Grand failure can ruin a person’s day. That’s just one day though, remember that. Tomorrow will be a fresh day.

Go to bed with an attitude that things will be better tomorrow and wake up on the right side of the bed. It’s never good to dwell on the past problems when they haunt you. What is the past, is the past.

Dwelling on the past will blind you for a grand and glorious future.

Thanks for the advice, I think I need one today... lol! But dwelling in the past is not really cool, you will never let yourself walk forward and be left out forever. I think that yeah -- we must look forward and forget everything in the past no matter how important it is to us when it can hinder us to live in our fullest potentials, we need to let go. God bless.

This is an extremely good read megamatt09 . Thanks for posting this. I do not see failures as such but rather as lessons that get me closer to success.

Point well made. We should all just learn from our mistakes and be sure not to do the same errors in the future.

That is an attitude I would like to have every morning when I wake up, but I have to admit that sometimes it's hard to let the past behind so easily.

Thanks for reminding me of this. I do tend to dwell on past failures and it kind of paralyzes me from trying to do anything. I get so scared of more failures. I need to just go forward and have faith God will lead me.
