Okay, be very honest here. How often do you replace your toothbrush with a new one?
I went to someone’s house and had to take my daughter to the bathroom. The toothbrushes there made my eyes pop out. They were in such bad shape. The bristles were all frayed and discolored .
Dentists recommend that toothbrush should be changed after every three months for best oral hygiene . I think that’s a fair amount of time to use a toothbrush especially if you brush your teeth twice a day. They also recommend that you should replace toothbrushes after an illness.
It is also important to use a good quality toothbrush that does not make your gums bleed and does a thorough job of cleaning your teeth.
So how often do you replace your toothbrush?
