Be Accountable For Everything

It is just too easy to blame everything on others. some of us are known to blame our parents, siblings, spouse, co-worlers and anyone who comes into our lives for out troubles. Some of us even blame lack of luck for our miseries.

I too at one time was like this. I felt that the whole world was against me and all my failures were due to those around me. It was the blame game from the beginning until the end.

Now, after a lot of reading and soul searching, I have come to understand that just about everything that happens to me is merely a response to my actions, my way of doing things and my emotions. I am accountable for my life. When we come to realise this, everything seems to make sense.

Could we have made different decisions and hence, seem different outcomes? Of course. Did we wait too long to make a decision or maybe we could have simple reacted differently it the actions of others. After all we cannot control others actions but our reaction is our to own.

So, let us all be accountable for our lives. If we are not making enough from our writing, perhaps we should ponder if we could have done things differently. Perhaps we are not writing enough. Are we still blaming the lack of time for this or ourselves for bad time management?

I guess it really is all about perspective. Those who are easily stressed out tend to attract negative situations.
