Tomorrow, I am going to run for about 6km

Tomorrow is Saturday and before I am going to start my day for some important activities, I will run in my area for about 6km. The last time, I jog was about two weeks ago with five kilometers only. If possible, I will start my jog for about before 6am and try to finish my six kilometer run by 7am. I want to be physically fit in order to be healthy. From previous months, I encounter some joint pains and some muscular pains. And I do not want to be like a patient someday that I cannot walk anymore. That I cannot stand anymore. Tomorrow, I will not report for work withy my fulltime job because because Saturday is my dayoff. I am not sure yet if there will be a project based job that will suit for me tomorrow.

I wish I could jog 6 km every morning, but I haven't done any running in 50 years. If I started doing it now, I probably would get a heart attack, Instead, I get on the treadmill and log about 3 km for 30 minutes every morning.

Good luck. I myself should do that too. I'm getting too inactive than necessary. I need to jog/run as well.

Good luck on getting the run done. Six kilometers shouldn't be hard. Do remember to do some dynamic stretching before and after your run. You can start and end your run with some brisk walking and jogging. Plus, stay hydrated.

My wife and I do our morning walk at the ovals in our city at 5 A.M. three or four times a week. I do 10 rounds in 47 to 49 minutes which is a little less than 5 kilometers and I use the Runkeeper app to track my time and distance which I keep a record of in my PC.

I was never really built for running. I'd run when required, but it was never a pleasant experience. Walking has always been good enough for me.

I failed of running the six kilometers. I am done with only 4 because i am tired.

If you set your goal a little bit lower like 4 starting out, I think you should be able to gradually work up to 6.
