Writing Prompt: Childhood Memory

I am so behind -ONCE AGAIN- that it is not even funny. But here I am, trying to squeeze my blogging in between my assignments and trying to finish everything up at a decent time.

Anyways. I found this writing prompt a few days ago, and it asks “What one memory from your childhood always makes you smile, no matter what?”

I am actually going to go back to when I was sixteen years old, but hey, I was still a child. ;) It was the summer of 2001. My younger sister -who was about thirteen-fourteen at the time- and I stayed at our oldest brother’s house throughout the summer. We went to the mall on weekends, hung out with friends and spent time with the family of course. It was just a nice summer, without a lot of laughs, and it is one that has always stuck out to me. :)

There isn’t much else to say, other than the fact that I enjoyed that summer, lol. I’m going to try and catch up to my interacting soon. I need a do-over with my time management...for the entire week, lol. Anywho, you all take care! :)

I have a lot of good childhood memories. I can say that I am quite lucky because I had so much fun when I was young. Being sixteen is just one of those.

childhood memories were the best, I missed my eight year old memories instead of my teens years

That was cool, I always want to remember the afternoon when all of my classes is done and time to go home, Always love to play my shadow on those sunshines that breaks in our windows, and just watch t.v. after.
