Time for lunch!
I am desperately trying to be healthier in an effort to lose a little bit of weight before I get married in May. This includes both eating healthier and exercising.
Yep, I know, I'm finally doing what I should have been doing years ago.
So I have just done half an hour exercising on the treadmill and now I am so hungry it must be lunchtime. But I don't want to blow all the hard work I just did! So what do I have?
I want something tasty and filling but not too super naughty.
So I am going to have a nice healthy portion of vegetable stir fry and noodles. I don't use any sauce on the vegetables as I prefer it to taste fresh and natural.
So I'll be back in a bit, I'm off for lunch!

try light meal sandwiches and salads, that are healthy

Keep lots of fruits at home. I make smoothies with seasonal fruits and yogurt because they are more filling than eating fruits alone which make me even more hungry. Losing weight is definitely not easy. Good luck.

i would recommend limiting or eliminating the noodles and using chicken, unless you are a vegetarian. I have found that protein is way better than starch, as losing weight goes. Cheers!

Hope you enjoyed your lunch. I read somewhere once to remind yourself to keep moving. The treadmill is certainly doing that!
