Time for lunch!
I am desperately trying to be healthier in an effort to lose a little bit of weight before I get married in May. This includes both eating healthier and exercising.
Yep, I know, I'm finally doing what I should have been doing years ago.
So I have just done half an hour exercising on the treadmill and now I am so hungry it must be lunchtime. But I don't want to blow all the hard work I just did! So what do I have?
I want something tasty and filling but not too super naughty.
So I am going to have a nice healthy portion of vegetable stir fry and noodles. I don't use any sauce on the vegetables as I prefer it to taste fresh and natural.
So I'll be back in a bit, I'm off for lunch!
