Having a good, healthy day
So far today I have had a small portion of vegetable stir fry and egg noodles for lunch (with no thick gloopy stir fry sauce like I usually have, and love) followed by a fat free natural yogurt and I have had two cups of coffee and two pints of water.
On top of that - I have been out on the treadmill for half an hour doing my power walking that I am trying to get into at the moment.
Aren't I good?
Aren't I being fit and healthy?
I wish I could be proud with myself for being such a good girl, but all I can think about doing right now is going over to the corner shop for a packet of chocolate biscuits and a bottle of red wine!
Would that really hurt too much??
