Help! Coffee is bored

This time yesterday I posted an article about how I bored I was and that I couldn't find anything (other than this site of course) that could hold my attention and entertain me.

My new friend AliCanary took pity on me and wrote an article detailing 10 things I could do to amuse myself.

That article is here, I am sure it will make you laugh:

I loved it so much I read it twice (it's not like I don't have enough time on my hands, is it?) and now I am working my way through the list of things to do.

But when they are done, I will be bored again.

So could someone else please write a list of five or ten things that I can do with my time?

Perhaps if everyone wrote a list for me, I would never be bored again?

But until then, Coffee is bored!

I felt bored when I'm not challenged. Good luck.

I've looked all the way through my DVD collection and just don't fancy anything!

coffee I read &AliCancary I though it was so interesting that I had to twitter it. Read a book, clean the house, play a game, watch a movie, sing some songs, go for a long walk

Sometimes I wish I had time to be bored. Having nothing to do is a privilege, lie back, dream and enjoy it.

1. Read a book for educational purposes. 2. Create an original recipe. 3. Try your hand at making a piece of jewelry out of spare items you find lying around the house. 4. Research better-paying sites (that will take forever). 5. Play Bookworm, for free, online to enhance those word skills.

1. Open a thesaurus at a random page. Read down the page until you find a word you like. Look it up and learn the meaning of it. Then use it in an article, blog or story.
2. Declutter a box, wardrobe, cupboard, shelf, bag or corner of the loft.
3. Go for a walk and see how many animals you can spot.
4. Work your way through the membership listing here on PP, reading random articles and finding new members to follow.
5. Decide to deep clean the kitchen, defrosting the freezer, washing the fridge and cleaning out your cupboards. Donate anything you find that you are unlikely to eat or use to a local foodbank or charity store.

There you go. Have fun *grin*. Can't be bored with that lot on your plate, can you? And some of them will get you out of the house and give you exercise as well. Also, they're all free, or at least don't cost any extra money, assuming you have flat rate monthly paid broadband to access the net with.

Sometimes I watch movies, work on hobbies or just sleep when I'm bored, but I think I'm gonna have to check out this list lol. :)

That is really stressing! I hope that you can still find new things that can release you from boredom.

I seldom get bored on a blog site - so much to read and be inspired by. EXCEPT for writers who think they can get away with rechugging news reports from online companies; that bores me silly. Bubblews has plenty of that - hope it stays there!

This is Guiness the Cat. My favorite thing to do when bored is to ask to go outside, then ask to come in again. Wait two minutes and ask to go out again. Demand a snack before I die of malnutrition, then take a nap and start over.

This is a brilliant list, WordChazer ! It is something that is forward-thinking and forward-moving. I am copying and pasting to a word document, so I can cut, laminate, and put up on my refrigerator as a motivator! Thank you!

I am almost certain that you must not be as bored as you were when you wrote this. Perhaps, it is that you are now enjoying your new married life!
We would love to hear from you again to hear about the wedding! We miss you here!

WordChazer wrote on September 4, 2015, 2:36 PM

Well, who'da thunk it. Me, a motivator. Goodness gracious me. Thank you, I am flattered.

More than you even realize. And you are quite welcome. emoticon
