Homemade Nacho Pizza :)

Happy Thursday Persona Paper peeps!!!

How's your day ? Wow, one day to go and this week is over. Time flies like an arrow! Yesterday was Ash Wednesday (in my country) , I could not eat meat. If you have been following and reading my posts, I wrote yesterday that I would make homemade Nachos today .Instead, I came up with homemade pizza with Nacho chips. I realized I did not have ground pork in my fridge hahaha.Thank God , I have a pizza dough , fresh lettuce , nacho chips and ham .There was no pizza sauce in my cupboard so I used tomato catsup and hot sauce . I just have to use whatever there is in my kitchen all it takes is a little creativity lol ! Do you like making homemade pizza?

Now, I am watching " That Thing Called Tadhana " (" That Thing Called Meant" to be as my best friend put it) while eating my homemade pizza. Tadhana is a vernacular term for destiny or fate. It is a local "feel good" indie film. If you want to check it out ( for foreign PP peeps) you can find it on youtube with English subtitle.

To my compatriots who have seen this movie, how do you find the movie?

Happy Thursday every one!!

I got up late, and eat my breakfast late. And hoping to do something still. Tomorrow is friday next thing we know December is coming and another year will end! I cant believe its March already! I have not seen that movie yet but I hope I can still watch it... LOL! They say it is a good one, 44 million in 5 days! Wow!

If it works for you, that's all you require. Food and taste are very subjective concepts. I've been known to create some 'unusual' combinations myself with what was on hand. Haven't seen the movie.

Love pizza but find making it too difficult so I end up buying. sigh.

I rarely make my own pizzas, but nacho pizza sounds pretty good. I was doing a no-meat scrounge for food yesterday. I ended up eating a lot of oatmeal plus some biscuits and gravy for dinner.

Enjoy your pizza. I have to admit that I do like nachos and I also like pizza. Together? I'm not not so sure. LOL

I can have pizza anytime! Home made just rocks as you can add anything you like on it.

Yes, time flies really fast! I guess, nobody could not be happier than I am every time a new month comes. I am anticipating June so badly lol

That seems so yummy. My kids love pizza and nachos as well but I do not make them, I buy them! Lol

Maybe I'll create some posts about them. I'm not sure we have enough room in a comment... emoticon
