Oscar's Clean Bill of Health

So, we took Oscar to the vet for his pre-exam. It was very hard to get him into the cat carrier. He was so scared. He was such a good boy though at the vets. He really didn't want to leave the carrier then. He did get a new temp shot. My Oscar is only eight months old and weighing 11.6 pounds! Such a big boy!

The exam very well as they said he has a clean bill of health. His surgery to be neutered will be a week from today.

I felt so bad when we got him home though. He ran under our bed and he stayed there for almost five hours. After all that time, He finally came out to eat and drink and go to the bathroom of course and he seems pretty okay now.

I can't wait to get the neutering done and over with next week though. So I can see him better, healing and hopefully still happy afterwords. I'm sure Jasmine will be happy when he's not trying to get to her (to mate).

So both of my kitties are both healthy, Makes me a happy camper.

Oscar is my white male cat 8 months old.

Jasmine is my black female kitty, she's 14 months old. She hasn't left his side since he came home today from the vet. I think she knows he's a little sore from the shots and just not happy right now.

I hope Oscar will get better so he can get back to his old self and just play around and not feeling any uncomfortable pain. God bless him a quick recovery when the surgery is done. Have a great day.

Oh they are both so gorgeous! I am allergic to cats but do tend to make a fuss if I see a cute one!
