Valentine's Day

While the rest of the world frets about what to get their sweetheart, I spent my day with people that love me unconditionally. Except Will, he had to work like most everyone else in the food service business.

I got word today that my grandma wasn't feeling so well. Add that to my grandpa's trip to the doctor earlier this week and you've got a recipe for some worry. Luckily, that's something my family's really great at. To quell my mother and I's worry, I went to hangout with my grandparents. Instead of sweets, I brought them lunch. Nothing fancy, just baked potatoes and chilli from a fast food restaurant. But it's hot and tasty and nobody had to cook. While I was there, I took some pretty nifty photos of things around the house that just remind me of them.

The one I've used for this post I've done a little bit of work to, to make it blurry like that. I thought it turned out rather nice. I should've asked how old their picture was but my guess is older than me. I helped them with some chores then grandpa and I played along with Family Feud while grandma rested. All things considered, it was a pretty perfect Valentine's Day.

It's already the 15th here in the Philippines but allow me to still greet you a sweet Valentine's day. I spent the day with my colleagues and went home to the loving arms of my family and that made it extra special.
