My very last day in Fuengirola

Yes, this is my last day and I shall be flying back to sunny England in the morning.
I will not be doing a great deal day today, but I shall begin by having a good wash and shave then wander out to get something to eat. After that most of the day will be spent back at the apartment.
Naturally I will need to start with the packing and ensure that I leave nothing in the safe or drawers. It will also be a good idea to check the timetable for the trains to Malaga airport. The local station is quite close so I can call there after breakfast. Obviously I know my flight time, so I can work out easily what time I wish to arrive at the airport and choose an appropriately timed train.
Apart from that I will most likely spend a good amount of the remaining time online.

Sounds like you had a nice holiday. I've not been abroad, I don't have holidays, but they sound nice.

My boss always said going on holidays is not a luxury but a necessity and you seem to know that well.

I have been taking foreign holidays for many years and always look forward to them.

It does make a great difference and makes life much easier afterwards.

Hi Barry. Isn´t it funny that those of us from the north of England have a "good" wash instead of just a wash
I hope your next trip to Spain see´s you in better weather. Hope you had a good time anyway.

I always enjoy Spain Anne, irrespective of the weather.
PS. Stop picking on my Bolton speech.

It will be no real problem because I have made the journey many times before.

Had lunch in Fuengirola a few times on our way to Marbella where friends lived. (Kids I met there became lifelong friends.) You have inspired in me a longing to revisit...

I have not visited Marbella, although I have travelled through on my way to Gibraltar. The train runs to Fuengirola from Malaga airport, making it a very easy journey.
